Never lose your composure
It is prudent to never lose control. A person with a heart will be magnanimous by being slow to give in to emotion. Passions are the humors of the mind, and even the minimum of excess will sicken your judgment. If the disease spreads to your mouth, your reputation will be in danger. Master yourself thoroughly and no one will criticize you for being perturbed, either when things are at their best or at their worst. All will admire your superiority.
